Who can apply?

All Victorian households and businesses that have an inefficient electric hot water system are eligible to participate in our electric hot water upgrade program. Yup, that’s it. As long as you’ve got an old system, you’ll qualify for the free hot water system upgrade across Victoria. Easy-peasy!

There will be a cost of hot water system installation and decommissioning of the old system. However, the new Hot Water Unit will still be free under the Government Rebate scheme. Please ask us, and we will give you an accurate quote.

Who is eligible for a free upgrade?

All VIC commercial property owners or tenants who have electric hot water systems are eligible for the upgrade under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. For Residential property, there will be a cost of installation and decommission of old hot water unit. Please reach out to use for accurate quote.

Who will conduct the installation?

A certified electrician will visit your premises to install the Hot Water System. All our installers carry a company ID to ensure you are dealing with a legitimate Ilios representative.

What's the catch?
